Could you please tell me which vegetables and lentils should we totally avoid in acidity or gastric problem? (Can i eat rajma chawal and poha?)

You may avoid sour taste food items, pickle of any type, drinking lime juice, also curd/lassi/ buttermilk, empty stomach juices must be mild one, Rajma chawal and poha is ok one thing you should notice is that it must be cooked well and less spicy. While you ask kindly mention your state or district it will be easier to suggest.

In acidity one should be careful about the food timings like since agni peaks till afternoon so if breakfast n lunch can be rich but dinner should be taken by sunset.cabbage, cauliflower family n rajma as well as chana is little difficult to digest n can cause heaviness n flatulence so avoid heavy things...upma, poha can be taken in breakfast.

Rajma beans poha is not beneficial in acidity problem. It increases acidity problem.

Hello Ma'am,U can take Madhur Tikta Kashaya ras dominant simple food coconut water pomegranate juice watermelon Cucumber ,parwal,moong,moth  Arhar pulses etc walnuts almonds pistachio Draksha anjeer Sprouted seeds etc Avoid eggs nonveg smoking tobaco alcohol cold drinks if so ,sour Curd Kadi spicy food Rajma Grams,Arbi Bhindi Urd Dal

Dont eat hot food  spicy food oily food Junk food  also avoided fomentation food like Jalebi idli dhosa dhokla khaman etc
