Follicular study report
Hii sir/ mam
I am himabindu , age 28, married 2.5 yrs ago .
We are trying for pregnancy since 1.5 yr
My amh is low : o.992
Today is my 10th day in follicular study left ovary has 12 mm follicle
I have attached the scan report
Plz help me with ur response is it good??
Why my doctor saying IUI is best option ??
Is IUI needed??
Without IUI I can't conceive naturally??

In fact when you have low AMH even IUI may not be the best option. An IVF also needs to be seriously considered.

Your ovarian reserve seems low so just take drugs that would make your ovaries healthy...follow healthy diet and do regular follicular monitoring to check the follicles...at day 10 , size 12 seems alright but follow up needs to be done..

IUI is an option and there is no clear indication in your case . But it definitely increases the chance if conception by 10-14% . But as per the Usg the follicle size is good . Of purse trust your doctor and discuss the chance of natural cycle with follicular monitoring for few cycles if you are not very keen for iui

At this low an AMH
IVF could be the best option
The desired size of the egg of 18 into 20 mm has to be achieved before planning iui

Size of follicle should be 18-20mm for ovulation.
At day 10 if size of follicle is 12 mm it's good.
IUI has little more chances as compared to naturally conception
