Follicular study report and infertility
My follicular report on 23rd day of my cycle is msf in both ovaries. My periods are irregular. I am trying to conceive since 3 yrs. Why is this happening and when I will ovulate?

This means that the ovulation is not happening
You need investigations and if everything is normal you can go with ovalution induction

Infertility causes and treatment is elaborate and exhausting .We have to see if there is any other problem than msg . So proper consultation and tests and husband evaluation is required.
