flat foot and 11 size feet caused by playing football bare footly , not paining or having lump , numbness , redness , suggest activities for this and prevention from further possibility

Proper warmup before starting the workout .
Stretch your toes in out that is towards yourself and away. 10 times
Rotate ankles clockwise and anti clockwise . 10 each.
Place your feet flat on the ground . Lift up one of your heels till the time you can feel a tightness in your calf muscles. Now bring it down flat on the ground again. Repeat with the other foot. One foot at a time. 10 times.

Flat foot is foot with less developed longitudinal arches.
It can be congenital ( by birth) or acquired due to lifestyle activities and other causes also .

I suggest foot exercises like dorsiflexion ,plantarflexion , inversion and eversion twice a day .no. of repetition would be 10 and then further progress to more.
Only after proper examination of the foot ,we can prescribe foot arch support.
