I am preparing for Combined Defense Service Examination. Flat Feet is not allowed in the defense. So, can you please let me know if there is any home treatment for flat feet. Does regular exercise helps in flat feet treatment? Why does it happen and what are it's disadvantages?

Use medial arches sole permanently in ur reguler shoes and sleepers
