You can manage flat foot pain by doing frequent stretches of calf and planter fascia throught the day.
Also hot water fomentation or emalsion will ease the pain, increase muscle relaxassion and improve circulation.
Medial arch raise/support will provide support to the foot while long standing and walking.
There are some exercises you can do safely to support and strenghthen your foot stuctures (like muscle, ligaments, etc)
Next Steps

Proper biomechanical assessment is needed.
These orthotics can be used but that will be a temporary fix.
Consult with a physiotherapist who have orthopaedic experience.
Few exercises like toe curls to pick up small objects, writing alphabets with toes, strong toe curls within a shoe can help strengthen the small intrinsic muscles of foot that supports the arch, repeated standing on outer border of foot will strengthen the medial arch supporters..but an external arch supporter is necessary. Readymade arch supporters are available in the market but it's better to get a custom made from a good orthotist.
Electic musle stimulation (faradic foot bath) can help gain arch but without external arch support it won't last long.
Next Steps
use a good sports shoe that has medial arch support most of the time in the day.
now a days, slippers with good arch support are also available.
