My brother is suffering from fistula. Unable to move, daily life disturbed, very painful condition, not able to stand, bleeding all the time, 5 cm deep hole, brother is scared of this wound.

1.After surgery please do daily seitz bath,i.e sitting in lukewarm water by adding Pottasium permanganate granules in it,it gives soothing effect as well as early healing. 2.Dressing after surgery is very important and should be done as per surgeons guidance.
