The Doctors treating your friend are failing repeatedly . So it is better that he should consult with a Doctor in person. Let him not say tomorrow that ,   "he consulted with a General Surgeon on Practo and that Doctor also failed".

Dear friend good morning...this case specifically need clinical examination by surgeon Go and meet expert surgeon you know.. I know one of my best teacher and experienced one dr.pl chary..as of my personal experience he's the best surgeon and advisor..kindly consult him..may be he is in appolo ..find out on Google Because it was failed 2 times...don't go hurry ..take the experts advise.. Perianal abcess and fistula are difficult to treat and are recurring in nature. It might not be surgeon's fault. But, best is to consult a surgeon who specialises in anal related diseases
