Usually they heal in a period of week. But there are high chances of recurrence. It may develop in Anal Fistula. Fistula should not be treated by Surgery or VAAFT for the reason of high rate of recurrence and complications like stool incontinence. Whereas Ayurveda recommends Ksharsutra treatment for Anal fistula. There is no recurrence in Ksharsutra treatment for Fistula. No hospitalization or bed rest is necessary in this treatment. You can continue your daily routine work as usual. In this treatment you need to visit clinic repeatedly at 10-15 days interval. No. of visits will depend on length, depth and branching pattern of Fistula. For further assistance and to take appointment please call reception.

.you may have some mild pain in your anal area from the incision for several days after the surgery. Most people can go back to work or their normal routine 1 or 2 days after surgery. It will probably take about 2 to 3 weeks for your abscess to completely heal.
