TB sinus healing??

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hello doctor...I had Tb lymphnode with suspecting tb spine...and i am on medication..i had collarstud abcess which later on resulted into formation of sinus...one in antigravity position and the other in dependent position...1 st one was healed....but the later one was not healing(5mnths ovr)initially i was dressing it on daily basis...but from 3mnths i am not dressing it..From 3 mnths it was slwly decreasing in size but after few days its again back..what to do??how much time it takes to heal.?
