I have amh 1.0 and 05 embryos frozen.I had laproscopic myectomy last April 2025 , post that I developed severe back pain, mri carried out had shown l4 and l5 spondylitis. Hence a doctor gave me r cinex for August and sept 2025. Back pain dropped After that I was told to go ahead with embryo transfer , however I conceived naturally but pregnancy didn't sustain beyond 5 weeks. And resurgence of back pain, jan 2026 mri was carried out which showed increase in infection in l4 l5 with bony degradation and disc degradation. Hence ct guided bisopy was carried out in feb and march 2026. Both biopsies showed cbnaat, gene expert, AFB smear and histopathology as tb negative. However Histopathology said it is chronic osteomyelitis. Two brucella test done in March and April said Igm is positive and both said igg is negative . In April brucella test , brucella abortus antibody came out to be reactive. I am unsure if I should start with att or brucella or both . I am 35 with first ET yet to start

Better if you consult with this issue about pulmonologist. Because according to you TB is negative but brucella is positive. Most of the timeTB bacteria live in latent phase ,its mean patient has no sign or symptoms , appear when pts is immunocompromised. So better if you consult with pulmonologist physically in your area.
Hllo., I understood your situation, firstly you should start antibiotic for igm positive , you have symptoms also , then your chronic osteomyelitis .. after that repeat your cbnaat n start your att according to results .
