Early fistula because of anal abcess
I got anal abcess which drained itself at the end of sep 2017 and had incision the first week of Nov. When 2nd visit the doctor said prefect since the wound started healing but still discharge from tiny hole. Unfortunately after 2.5 months the discharge not stop and I feel everytimes I clean up the ooze with alcohol, I feel the alcohol entered anal area. Feel weird little burn sensation look like inside opening there but little probably.
Any natural treatment to avoid surgery?
