I need one help
Before two months i underwent fistulectomy surgery and got completly healed
How to wash anal region after passing stool,do i need to put finger inside to clean it or just wash the outside surface and not to put even inch finger inside bcoz it can cause injury i heard

Wash it from outside. No need to put finger inside, you may damage it otherwise. You can use soft tissues if you want to clean as well.
