Anal fistula and polyps
I had an perianal abscess around 4 years back. At that time I consulted a homeopathic family doctor. I did not go for any surgery. The abscess drained out on its own in few days. Later on it took some time for the wound to heal and I was fine for till Jan of this year. In Jan 2020 I started getting swelling in the same place where I got the abscess. I went to a doctor in Vancouver, Canada( I live here now) and he prescribed clindamycine (300mg). I used it and it got cured without any complications. Again in July 2020 I got it again and this time again it got big and bursted one day. Now recently this month I started feeling again so I went to a specialist and inserted something in my butt hole for examination . He said my anal fistula tunnel is still there and I have polyps. He suggested polyps will have to removed through colonoscopy and checked if they are cancerous . And for fistula I would have to go for operation . I would like to know if it can be treated in homeopathy.

Seeing the recurrence of the disease, it’s better to opt for surgical procedure. As the perineal region is a sensitive area, the rate of recurrence is also high. Better to go for surgery.

Honestly get the fistula n papules treated surgically since you stay abroad and use much animal foods and floor which makes ur stool harder so it aggravates later on. Don’t go for homeopathy just get it checked once. If possible brief me your symptoms

You have to go for a for a fistulogram to know the extent of fistula. Then go for colonoscopy and biopsy. Colonoscopy is safe and easy procedure.
