You can take precautions like avoiding constipation ,a high fiber die including lot's of fruits and sitz bath .You can use anobliss cream locally for the healing of fissure, but not during pregnancy. If the fissure is bothering you consult with a general surgeon in your area for a clinical examination to determine the extent of anal fissure.
