Fissure problem
Dear doctor After 1 month of my C section delivery am suffering from fissure problem for 3 months. It will be On and off not permanentaly cured even after using anal creams and laxatives then I consulted ayurveda doctor he suggested abhayarishta 4Tp for 2 times a day And pilocoid ointment And tripala tablets Since am breastfeeding am worried so much does it affect my baby anyway

Got the pain n concern. Surely local lubricants and seitz bath serves well due to winter and lactation u might bit dry so add Desi Cow Ghee in ur diet n mild exercises it'll sooth rest on personal examination

Do sitz bath twice daily.. Watch for constipation.. Use air tube to sot for long.. Start proper ayurvedic medicine.. To get rid of this issue permanently without any side effects
