Hello, It appears to be a small cavity visually so filling will be enough. But we never know it's depth so getting an x ray is recommended. Usually cavities are inverted cone shaped so the depth cannot be predicted. Which will decide the right treatment

Agree with dr Annie here. Also buccal surface of this tooth is not seen because of cheek. Treatment options depends on signs and symptoms. Usually If no pain no treatment required. If sensitivity to cold or sweet then filling is required. If persistent pain then rct and crown ( if tooth is functional)
Next Steps
IOPA X-ray and consultation with the dr

Just with a photograph one shouldn't diagnose & make treatment plan,do u have pain in this tooth? It looks like there is deep internal caries in that particular tooth& if u have pain in that tooth, get an X ray done for that tooth ,then your dentist can give a proper treatment plan , whether filling or RCT.

Rct is not necessary. This cavity is curable with dental filling.
