Will fibroids cause painful sex? I have multiple subserosal and intramural fibroids and the largest subserosol is 5cm that just got diagnosed. I am unmarried.

No. Fibroids will not cause pain during sexual intercourse unless the fibroids are undergoing some complications.

The location of fibroids is important. If you have fibroids located in the cervix then you could have some discomfort during intercourse.
Next Steps
If you are sexually active you can get tvs to know the exact location. Otherwise, you can get MRI pelvis.
