Hey there.....just take following (T.Dolo 650 twice and T.azythromycin 500 once) for 3 three days.
Next Steps
Follow the medications for 3 days
Do warm salt water mouth gargling thrice daily
Do get your SpO2 and Pulse rate checked.
Health Tips
Have adequate hydration....and if still fever persisted after 3 days.... Do consult and get blood test done.
