Fever, no cold, smelly gas and body ache
He felt quite hot today morning and drank lemon soda. After that, he felt like having fever. He took paracetamol. The fever got decreased. He slept for some time. Again, he got fever. Is it a normal situation?? He didn't have a good sleep this whole week. Is that could be a reason for feeling hot??

Excess fatigue can be a reason for fever.
But if fever has not subsided for a week, some tests are needed to be done to know the cause, and treat accordingly.
