TLC and neutrophils are high and indicate that she has an infection , of course the source can't be imagined .Since she is using 2 different antibiotics ,let her continue with them.It may take another 2 days for the fever to subside. Its bit confusing that you have written diagnosed as COVID and no reason is given for using eliquis and steroids.
Next Steps
As she is an diabetic and she is on eliquis plus steroids ,take her for reevaluate by her doctor if fever doesn't come down
