You can eat chapati. But avoid masala food . Spicy food as body can't digest it When it's weak

You can absolutely continue with your routine diet. raised body temperatures during fever evaporative water losses from the skin increase so remember your water intake compensate for those losses,drink plenty of water. Avoid Smoking /drinking/any other substance abuse. If You dont have any of the above habits you are already doing great👍
