Hi ,
My 2.5 year old baby have fever above 100 ..we given ayurvedic medicine for 1 day still temp did not reduced can we give paracetamol syrup along with this ayurvedic medicine

U can give PCM syrup. But if u see fever after giving medicine also then consul with doctor without wasting your time.

Give Syp Paracetamol. Don't give ayurvedic medicine with allopathy medicine. We can give low dose of medicine for baby but can't give high dose or 2type of medicine at the same time.

You can Apply medium cold water sponge to the baby to maintain body temperature if baby don't have cold or cough

You can give PCM syrup but consult with pediatrician take proper medicine and stop ayurvedic medicine ..because when your child is free from cough and fever then give him a good diet and immunity booster things .
Do not do any kind of experiment on your baby .go for a proper treatment.
