I have recently recovered from typhoid fever...can i take himalaya guduchi tablet?...If yes ..tell me how to take (dosage)

Hello dear, May I know your intension behind taking Guduchi medicine ? It has rolls like blood purifying+  anti- inflammatory etc. If you want to tackle with post thyroid damage recovery ( intestinal) then it's good choice. Tb Guduchi can be taken for 7 or 15 days twice a day before or after meals. No issues.. Before meals will act on intestines / lower body part. After meals will act as a blood purifier.

Yes ,thus tablet can be taken for a week .one in morning and one in evening...please take care of stomach with soft and cooked and easily digestible food only.
