In place of amritarishta you need to take Giloy in the form of swaras/decoction/tablet anyone as per the availability. Haridrakhand powder 1tablespoon twice with luke warm water. # Keep yourself hydrated (take coconut water, lemonade, fresh juice, butter milk etc.) Take banana, pomegranate, kiwi etc..Avoid papaya # Eat easily digestible food. # Take protein in diet.

Hello sir you can prepare bhumiamalaki kashaya or parpata kashaya at home  Amritsarsta won't suit  to this condition some people may suffer burning sensation in stomach after consuming it so better to take under supervision of Ayurveda physician for further information you can consult me .
