I am suffering from mild fever of 99.4 f with cold,Chills and constipation with drowsiness around 5 days

Get blood tested for cbc and widal
Drink lots of water and ORS types of liquids
No solids, only diluted toned milk as beverage and tea and chachh, curds
Rest stomach and eat simple digestible foods only

- Avoid cold food and water, preferably have hot food and water
- Don't skip meals have a liquid diet containing soups and progressively increase to solid diet as per how you can tolerate.
- Have food rich in vitamin C such as oranges to help build immunity.

- Maintain good personal hygiene(Wash you hands regularly)
- Rest plenty, body heals while at rest
