Fever and Vomiting
Child had fever since last 3 days we give meftal syrup so that's normal, yesterday night he vomited I gave milk .
He saying some time pain in stomach.
One more thing child eats 3-4 chocolates per day and gems, jelly extra
Please suggest medicine and precautions.

Better to stick to paracetamol for fever. Meftal /Brufen for higher fever
