My kid is having high fever and temperature. Doctor suggest for meftal. After one also fever is not coming dow still it is 102F

HELLO, MEFTAL IS FOR PAIN WHO SAYS IT IS FOR FEVER. SYRUP IBUGESIC PLUS 6.5ml  THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD. O.K BYE.
