Fever and nose block
Hello sir my 30 months old was having cold and little cough and fever from 2 days, nose is stuffy and a spuctum is coming out. After giving paracetamol fever is not there but nose is same.Whay else can I give him to soothe the nose

Give pcm drops as per dose
Nasoclear drops 1drop both nostrils every 5-6hrly
For sputum give an expectorant drops after consulting pediatrician.

Try giving warm water and soups
Nasal drops nasal saline drops
Syp t minic can be added 3 ml thrice daily
If things worsen or persists please get the child evaluated
