Hi., I can understand your concern.
It can be due to mild resp inf.
You can take
Take azee 500 once a day before food
Tab pan 40 twice a day before food
Tab paracip 650 twice a day after food
Tab montek lc at night after food
Syp. Ambrolite s 5 ml 3 times a day
All for 5 days.
