My daughter got 99.8 fever since 13-April evening and cold (only nose block). Giving steam and gurgle water.

Syp. Levocet 3.5ml 2 times a day for 5 days. Syp. Crocin 8ml sos if fever 100 or more. If symptoms persists after 3 days or fever increases please consult with me or your doctor

Fever cold are normal in this change of seasons. Continue steam with vicks or Zandt balm. Use paracetamol syrup 5 ml thrice daily and plenty of oral liquids.
