My 4 year old daughter have fever (100.7) and cold started from yesterday night can you prefer some medicine and dosage.

Hello, I am a little conservative. I don't like to give too many drugs. Use natural herbs. First give only Paracetamol 1 tsf is enough. repeat 3--4times or . ,SOS, I explain it 15mg per Kg weight is the dose Read the label 125mg or 250mg per 5ml of syrup. Always buy less strong 120 or 125 mg per 5ml of syrup.

Always mention weight of the child. For fever, do Sponging with lukewarm water. Give syrup crocin if fever crosses 100. For cold, Give steam inhalation, warm water to drink with honey, soup. Put nasoclear nasal drops 1 drop thrice a day in nose and give Syrup Sinarest AF 2.5ml thrice a day for 3 days. Contact again if needed
