I have taken treatment for my recurring fever and chills but still I get fever .doctor prescribed pan d , Augmentin 625 twice for 5 days and cheston cold twice for 5 days.

You need blood investigation... Its a long list, rest is fine but doesn't explain recurring fever. May i know the area where you live? Or any history of malaria or dengue in your area? I need to know these before i can give a confirm opinion

No need to worry Need proper history and associated symptoms, duration and relevant details

Have to do some tests to diagnose.. no need to take all these medicines till diagnosis is made just take dolo 650 mg whenever fever spikes..
