I had fever 99.5 f few days back like 15 days now suddenly I have again fever 100f after this can't understand what is happening no cold no cough just fever slight body aches n headache

Need more medical information, the present fever may be due to same cause or different cause. Need details of how long was the fever..may need to do some blood tests and x ray also

Clinical diagnosis is Typhoid... treatment is tab . Cefexime 200 mg BD tab. Ciprofloxacin 500 mg BD for 14 days tab. PCM 500 mg BD for 7 days . Tab . Multivitamin od for 1 month
Seems like viral fever becoz u said body aches also ..but once in 15days means we should see your wbc counts and platelets also ...consult me online I will guide you
History is not sufficient. Please consult online for detailed history and I will suggested investigations if any required based on the history for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
Please follow a simple diet plan. And specially drink only boiled water( no fillerted or any other company). Any water u drink should be only boiled. And avoid food from out side. Repeated fever can be due to us personal reasons. Like no hygiene. And just take P- 500. For 5days bd. Any plz reply.
