Most likely it is a viral fever.
If it is not responding to Paracetamol then she should have cold sponging. Her temperature is 100.7° F . You can wait for some time.
If her fever stays for more than 24 hours then you should get Blood CBC done and consult with a General Physician on Practo
First of all don't worry, it takes minimum of 2- 3 days for infection to reduce and if infection reduces fever will come down.
Make her wear loose cotton clothing , take cold water in a bowl and a cotton towel and start cold sponging on her forehead arms and legs ,this will help her body to cool down
