Fetal heart rate of 120 or more have better progress. Get a rescan done in 7 to 10 days to check for haemorrhage in 2nd sac and fetal heart rate. Till then continue pregnancy support progesterone tablets

It is normal, but since you have haemorrhage in the other sac, you need to start on progesterone

Fetal heart rate 106 at 6 weeks is normal. For safer side take progesterone supplements, avoid travelling, weight lifting. Can repeat the scan after 1 to 2 weeks
