Weakness and gasping is due to severe anaemia. Frequent vomiting after feeds ( hyper-emesis) is common in 1st trimester and seen in some in 2nd trimester of pregnancy.
Take full precautions before visiting a hospital with blood bank facility for blood transfusion.
