First u need to be admited in near by health centre and arrange 2 pack of yr relevant blood group tranfusion as soon as possible after it yr body start to compensate overall illness

Weakness and gasping is due to severe anaemia. Frequent vomiting after feeds ( hyper-emesis) is common in 1st trimester and seen in some in 2nd trimester of pregnancy.
Take full precautions before visiting a hospital with blood bank facility for blood transfusion.
