Feeling dizzy on getting up
Whenever I quickly get up while sitting in bed for sometime, I feel little dizzy and can feel my heartbeat but for a short time, but if I don't get up quickly and slowly get up this problem doesn't happen that much. I am a slight overweight too.

It's because suddenly waking up gives ur body no time to addapt to change n hence ur blood pressure falls n u get little dizzy. When u do it slow body gets time to adjust
