This problem is my husband got anxiety attack before 2 days.presently when he stats alone in home he feels sick like breathing problem, someone chocked his throat,spinning head, increasing heart rate.if we are two in room then everything is ok.

With the description you provided it appears that he had severe panic attack. If it occurs again than he should take medication in order to control the symptoms. For time being I would suggest deep breathing exercises. He should be normal within few days. As he know how the symptom started, next time he can take alprazolam or Clonazepam .5 mg as soon as he know that symptom is starting, but that requires prescription. If it occurs now and then, than regular medication is needed, and psychiatrists need to be consulted.
If this problem is old then need to consult a psychologist immediately. He must have some issue bcoz of which he is over thinking. Let him feel important n let him do what he wants to do
