I am felling depressed past couple of weeks. Unable to concentrate in anything. Get angry all time. Today I checked vit b12 and it is very low. Is there any relation.

Vitamin deficiency can sometimes trigger mental health issues. Please consult your family physician and discuss your condition. Maybe you can even get your thyroid function checked out with a blood test. If your family physician's diagnosis and treatment do not work, you may consult a psychologist or psychiatrist to deal with the current situation. For any requirement of long-term management of your mental health, please consult a psychologist.

Hi Low levels of vitamin B12 can cause depression. If your vitamin B12 levels are very low talk to a doctor about it. You have been feeling depressed since two weeks. It is necessary to know what is making you feel depressed. Managing stress, eating a healthy diet, and sleeping well at night will help you. Consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. Counseling sessions will help you feel better. A psychologist will help you feel good and improve focus.
