I am scared to go out and travel because my mind keeps thinking that I might have the urge to use washroom and might not be able to do it while travelling. Now every time before going out I use the washroom even though I don't have the need to. Also, it has become such that every time I am going to go out for any work, I get this weird feeling in my stomach as if I need to use the washroom. It's happening every time and I am scared of going out. Sometimes it gets bad enough that I panic and sweat. Currently I am struggling to travel anywhere and keep thinking what will I do if I have to use a washroom but if there isn't any in the place I am in.
Can someone please help me identify what this issue is and who I should show myself to?
Thank you.
