This fear starts suddenly and the negative thoughts keeps coming with out any controll, like self and family members getting run over by train and even visualising the same,sudden urge to pass stool,don't like interacting with people,no interest in anything.

what you are having is obsessive thoughts. but the reason why these thoughts are occurring must be found out. a ct scan is advisable in your age. you can go to Dr Dushant in Dombivli. He is very good
