I have always fear of heart attack. From waking up to sleep I have to say myself I have heart healthy. Always thinking negative and saying negative to myself. Specially if I am near religious place my mind start wishing negative for myself. My mind start writing on wal negative abot my health
I always wish negative for me. If I ignore my thoughts then my mind start showing images of things that I don't want to think about.
If I try to ignore that images then my mind starts linking that images with my family and religious places. Then my mind starts saying that if I don't undo these intrusive images or thoughts then it become real. Then I have to undo those images and thoughts. After undoing I have to think a fresh postive thoughts.
My mind attack me when I am near my family or religious places.
In religious places my mind wish very dangerous negative thoughts for me and my family. If I try to undo those things my anxiety level goes very high.
Please help me what is happening with me.

So sir ..it's anxiety along with obssessive thoughts ..that r coming involuntarily n u r not able to resist yourself .. intrusive thoghts r pure form of OCD .. so you need to start CBT along with medicine will help u out from terrible experience u r facing..n it's curable
