Have your dinner early and keep it light. Have plenty of fibre rich foods and include plenty of fresh fruits and veggies in your diet. Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time. Do cardio and exercises targeting the belly area. You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan for you. Regards

Hi Maybe some change in your diet or lifestyle making a fat accumulation in your tummy. Many factors leads to obesity. it's very important for you to know and  diagnose why you are gaining weight and fix it accordingly. Rather than asking here I would suggest you to meet any expert or me for a consultation as without one to one discussion we cannot come to conclusion what's the reason and how you can fix it. I work online globally so you can have a online or telephonic consultation also with me. My results are pretty good you can check that on my social media handles and Practo itself If you wanna consult with me you can opt for personal chat option or call me or WhatsApp at the number mentioned on my Practo profile. For a while you can follow following weight loss tips which may help you to some extent but for proper result you need to follow a personalized  plan. 1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily. As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat. Hello. 1st avoid sedentary lifestyle ,start 30 min daily brisk walk and eat 5to6 small frequent meals which should be home made. Avoid stress ,your ideal body weight is 53kg. And because of sitting work you are getting central obesity. Completely avoid junk food, fried food , oily food,to much sugar, to much salt. Eat more of fibre in your diet like 2times salad in you meal. If possible do yoga for 45min weekly 4to 5 times.
Next Steps
take direct consultation for customised diet plan as you have not given your diet schedule, current diet ,eating habits so will not able to give diet plan. take direct consultation through my practo account and share your all this information so will give diet chart. and diet counseling. thank you.🙂
