I am a 39 year old male with weight 90 kgs. I have sugar, high bp, cholestrol and fatty lever. Please tell me what all food is good for me and what all should i avoid.

Take high fiber low fat and low sodium diet. Take almonds and walnuts daily. Take flaxseeds twice a day to reduce cholesterol. Take complex carbs avoid simple sugar .ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

first of all make a healthy life style .. stop fatty food .. increase water .take low sodium salt avoid leafy vegetables .. do not skip meals .. take light food . and avoid full cream products
