Fatigue and sleeplessness with Thyroid
I have hypothyroidism from last 8 years, recently my TSH has increased to 9+ and i am feeling extreme fatigue and sleeplessness at night. Also, my weight is increasing and i am struggling with stress and tension. I am taking 87.5 mcg of thyronorm currently. What should I do to get better?

You  still have Symptoms related to hypothyroidism and the dosage is needed to be increased to 100 McG .Repeat TSH and free T4 level ,6 weeks after increasing the dose.

Need to increase the dose Thyronorm to 100mcg daily morning empty stomach, regular walking, estimate T3, T4, and TSH after increase the dose supliments like calcium will be given if require anxiolytics
