Facing periods problem
I didn't have my menses this month . Previous month my cycle last for 29 days but it usually last for 32-34 days regularly. I didn't have any sexual intercourse from last 5 months. I live in red zone, so I can't take any medical treatment, Pls do recommend me any home redy or treatment possible according to my condition.

There are so many reasons behind irregular periods.....food habits , life style, stress etc also disturbs normal menses cycle. First of all finding the root cause is important . You may take rajparvartni vati and kumariasav twice a day

First of all it need much more clarification in this condition ,if you are not taking any medications for thyroid ,polycystic ovary etc condition , you can directly start medications or food that increase hb ( heamoglobin -blood ) like beet root, pomegrate, amla etc,also do excercise , and wait for few more days , if condition is not okay do consultation.

Delay in menses can be due to stress, sedentary lifestyle,  hormonal imbalance and some other factors. You can take ajwain water in the morning ...add some gud or jaggery. Tab rajahpravartini vati 2tab bd for 1 week n menses will come. Need to know more personal history .

I can happens due to stress tension anxiety ,improper sleep,irregular diet,excessive intake of junk food etc ....These things disturbed ur hormones .....In home remedy u take ajwain water regularly 2 times in a day ......If possible u can purchase ashoka rishta 20ml -20ml 2 times with equal quantity of water
