You need to lose atleast 30-35 kgs to be in a normal BMI range.Also there is no quick solution to this.For effective and sustained weight loss you must take low calorie diet rich in protein and fibre.Do 45-60 mins of exercise daily.Take 6-7 hours of sleep every day.Avoid all outside,junk, processed and fried foods.
