Extreme fatigue, pain in joints.
I have been experiencing extreme fatigue and exhaustion from few months and recently developed pain in my joints. Have got CBC done. Need help to understand the report as MPV is high with low haemoglobin and high PCV.

Kindly put up your report for exact values of these parameters. Low hemoglobin may be responsible for fatigue, and many other causes.

Fatigue can be due to a number of factors. It can be due to low Hb or due to vitamin deficiency or it may also be due to a chronic disorder or lesser calorie intake. Consult at your convenience.

Fatigue may be due to anemia, dehydration.
