Extraction Swelling
The swelling that had begun after my extraction of 38 is now so much that my maxillary teeth hit the buccal mucosa whenever I speak. I can't even close my mouth completely. It's causing cheek bite. What should I do?

From your statement, I am assuming that the wisdom tooth removal has been done in the last 48-72 hours. After the procedure, swelling is maximum during this time. After 72 hours, the swelling starts to come down. Usually by the 5th or 6th day, 90% of the swelling is down. During this period, the discomfort you are having is common. Your dentist would have also advised a few mouth opening exercises. If not, ask your dentist for the same.
Next Steps
If it has been more than a week since your extraction, and the swelling is as you described, see your dentist immediately. It is not uncommon, but your dentist will be able to rectify the aggravating factors.
